Quilting Creatively

I spent the better part of 2 days bringing my old quilting album up to date.  My old blog was tremendous help in sequencing them.  Some I can't even remember making and if I do I am not sure where they all went.  I know for sure one quilt doesn't even have a photo and was a commission and is long gone. :/ But  I am full of relief that it is done as well as it can be and I am aspiring to do better with a new album for a new season in my creative quilting journey. Upon arrival I was quickly informed of two quilt groups.  They are active from the end of the gardening season until the beginning of the new gardening season.  I, unfortunately, have not been active and I determined to rectify that sad state of affairs.  The sorting of my stash shamed me.  The rolled up medleys of future dream quilts jolted me awake.  The tubs of half finished commitments sadly hold projects almost done! Springing into Creativity

Who knew that packing up 45 years of farm living and moving to a sleepy hamlet would involve such an hiatus from blogging.  I have missed blogging and every month or so I think I really must begin again. PROCRASTINATION!   my own personal wrestling partner Should I change format?  Should I change focus?  Should I stay the same?   Should I have a well thought out plan of action.  Should I remember the motto- Keep It Simple Sweety!.   Should I, could I, would I... I have learned an whole lot of stuff in these past months and I either don't think, Exuberant Elle or I overthink, Everlasting Elle.   So without too much thinking I am just going to spring into action. I am starting with a very loose plan which will be whatever tangent I am on!  I may not need to point it out but I have squirrel/magpie tendencies so these will vary greatly and often.  My new playroom is the basement recreation room and is fully loaded and ready for creativity.
